At Beal’s Collision Center, we are committed to providing high-quality collision repair, spray-in bedliners, products, and related services. Customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

Services

Collision Repair & Labor Services: Because these services involve custom labor, parts, and materials specific to your vehicle, refunds are not typically available once work has begun or been completed.

Estimates/Inspections: Fees paid for estimates or inspections are non-refundable.

Parts & Materials

Parts ordered for your repair are typically non-refundable once installed.

If a part is defective or covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, we will work with the supplier to obtain a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Spray-In Bedliners

All spray-in bedliner applications are considered final and non-refundable once applied.

If you experience any workmanship issues, we will inspect the application and correct defects covered under our service guarantee.

Products & Retail Items

Electronics & Accessories (e.x., Turtlebox Speakers, Pakmules, Rugged Road Coolers): Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Opened or Used Products: These items are non-refundable, but may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective, we will assist you in processing a warranty claim or exchange through the manufacturer when applicable.

Clearance or Discounted Items: All clearance sales are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Deposits

Deposits made to secure parts, products, or schedule services are non-refundable but will be applied to the final invoice.

Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in limited cases, such as:
